SDSC is home to two of Clarivate's highly cited researchers for 2023

Congratulations to Professor WANG Jun, Dean of the School of Data Science and Chair Professor of the Department of Computer Science; and Professor TSUI Kwok-leung, Adjunct Professor of the School of Data Science, for making the list of this year’s world’s influential researchers!

Twenty-seven faculty members at CityU have been named Highly Cited Researchers for 2023. The highly anticipated annual list identifies researchers who have demonstrated significant and broad influence in their field(s) of research. Each year, Clarivate – a research organization and global expert in data insights and collection – recognizes researchers who rank in the top 1% by citations.

It is a wonderful achievement for our academics to be in the top 1% of cited researchers, and recognizes the importance of their contributions and global impact of their research.
